Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority at shopswiglife.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your Swig Life purchase, eligible items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To return an item:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• All tags and accessories must be included
• Sale or “final sale” items are not eligible for return

How to Return

Returns can be initiated through our return portal on shopswiglife.com. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.

Exchange

Direct exchanges are not available. To receive a different item, return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our support team within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos. Eligible items will be replaced or refunded.
